تلتزم منصة مينوفا بحماية خصوصية رواد المطاعم وموظفي المنشآت الشريكة. نجمع فقط الحد الأدنى الضروري من البيانات لتشغيل خدمة الطلب وإصدار الفواتير، دون أي تتبع إعلاني خارجي.
1. مقدمة ونطاق التطبيق
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع واستخدام وتخزين وحماية البيانات الشخصية والتقنية عند استخدام منصة مينوفا (Menova)، سواء كنت زبوناً يتصفح القائمة ويطلب من الطاولة، أو موظفاً يعمل لدى أحد المطاعم الشريكة.
2. البيانات التي يتم جمعها
بيانات رواد المطاعم (الزبائن)
- الاسم ورقم الهاتف: يتم إدخالهما عند بدء جلسة الطلب لربط الوجبات بالطاولة وإصدار الفاتورة الرقمية.
- بيانات الطلب: رقم الطاولة، الأصناف المختارة، وملاحظات التحضير الخاصة.
- لا نجمع: بيانات البطاقات البنكية، أو كلمات المرور، أو بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق (GPS).
بيانات موظفي وإدارة المطاعم
- بيانات التسجيل: الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف للتعريف بالدور الوظيفي.
- كلمات المرور: تُحفظ مشفرة بأقوى خوارزميات التشفير (bcrypt) ولا يمكن قراءتها بصيغة نصية.
- سجلات العمليات: تسجيل الإجراءات التشغيلية لضمان المساءلة ونزاهة الحسابات.
3. الغرض من استخدام البيانات
نستخدم البيانات التي نجمعها للأغراض التشغيلية المباشرة فقط:
- توجيه طلبات الطعام من طاولة العميل إلى شاشة المطبخ (KDS) فورياً.
- تمكين الكاشير من مراجعة الجلسة وحساب الإجمالي والضرائب وإصدار الفواتير.
- التحقق من جلسات الطاولات النشطة لمنع تداخل الطلبات بين الزبائن.
- حماية النظام من محاولات الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام عبر سجلات التدقيق الأمني.
4. عدم مشاركة البيانات والأطراف الثالثة
- عدم بيع البيانات: لا تقوم مينوفا ببيع أو تأجير أو المتاجرة ببيانات العملاء أو المطاعم لأي شركات إعلانية أو وسطاء تسويق نهائياً.
- مشاركة مقتصرة على المطعم: تُشارك بيانات الطلب والاسم والهاتف حصرياً مع طاقم المطعم الذي يتناول الزبون طعامه فيه لإتمام الخدمة.
- البنية التحتية السحابية: يتم استضافة المنصة وقواعد البيانات على خوادم سحابية آمنة (PostgreSQL) مع بنية حماية مرتقبة من Cloudflare لصد الهجمات الإلكترونية.
- انعدام أدوات التتبع: لا تستخدم المنصة أي أدوات تتبع خارجية مثل Google Analytics، أو Meta Pixel، أو Hotjar، أو Sentry.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- سجلات المعاملات التجارية: يتم الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير كجزء من السجل المحاسبي والمبيعات التابع للمطعم.
- حق الحذف: يحق لإدارة المطاعم والمستخدمين طلب حذف حساباتهم وبياناتهم التشغيلية عبر مراسلتنا على
admin@menova.in. يتم حذف البيانات النشطة فوراً، وتُدوّر النسخ الاحتياطية المؤقتة وتُحذف وفق دورة الصيانة الدورية.
6. التدابير الأمنية لحماية البيانات
نطبق معايير أمان صارمة تشمل:
- التشفير أثناء النقل: تشفير كامل لجميع الاتصالات عبر بروتوكول HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
- تشفير كلمات المرور: استخدام تجزئة bcrypt لكلمات مرور الموظفين لمنع كشفها.
- حماية قواعد البيانات: استخدام استعلامات محددة المعلمات (Parameterized Queries) للحماية التامة من هجمات حقن SQL.
- صلاحيات الوصول: فرض ضوابط صارمة مبنية على الأدوار تمنع المطبخ من الاطلاع على معلومات الزبائن الشخصية.
- سجلات التدقيق: تسجيل محاولات الدخول والتغييرات الحساسة لحماية حسابات المنشآت.

Menova is committed to protecting the privacy of dining guests and restaurant staff. We collect only the essential information required to route table orders, generate bills, and maintain platform security—with zero third-party advertising tracking.

This Privacy Policy describes how Menova collects, utilizes, stores, and protects personal and technical data when dining customers browse menus and order at partner restaurants, or when staff access operations portals.
2. Data We Collect
Dining Customers
- Name & Phone Number: Entered when initiating a table session to identify order ownership and produce digital invoices.
- Order Information: Table number, selected dishes, item customizations, and order notes.
- We DO NOT collect: Payment card numbers, customer passwords, or precise GPS location data.
Restaurant Staff & Operators
- Account Credentials: Full name, professional email, phone number, and role designation.
- Hashed Passwords: Passwords securely hashed using strong bcrypt algorithms; raw passwords are never readable or stored.
- Operational Logs: Timestamps of menu updates, stock changes, and bill settlements for auditability.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data collected through Menova is used strictly for operational purposes:
- Transmitting dining orders in real-time to the Kitchen Display System (KDS).
- Enabling cashiers to compute totals, apply restaurant tax rates, and record payments.
- Validating active table sessions to prevent order overlap between guests.
- Monitoring security audit logs to prevent unauthorized access and protect account integrity.
4. Third-Party Sharing & Tracking Disclosures
- No Data Brokering: Menova never sells, rents, or trades customer or merchant data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
- Direct Restaurant Scope: Customer order details and contact information are shared solely with the specific restaurant being patronized.
- Hosting Infrastructure: Systems are hosted on secure PostgreSQL cloud databases, with planned Cloudflare DDoS and web application security protection.
- Zero Tracking Trackers: Menova does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or Sentry tracking scripts.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
- Order History: Transactional orders and invoices are preserved as part of the restaurant's commercial accounting records.
- Deletion Requests: Restaurants and users may request account deletion by emailing
admin@menova.in. Active records are purged promptly upon request, while temporary server backups cycle out during regular maintenance rotations.

We deploy robust security practices across the entire platform:
- Encryption in Transit: Full end-to-end HTTPS/TLS 1.3 protocol encryption.
- Password Protection: One-way salted bcrypt hashing for staff accounts.
- SQL Injection Defenses: 100% parameterized SQL queries preventing query injection vulnerabilities.
- Role-Based Access Control: Strict separation of roles ensuring kitchen staff cannot view customer personal data.
